KnightCap exists to spotlight the talent, creativity and technical skill of UTECH’s animation students. Through a curated showcase of visual storytelling, design and digital artistry, we celebrate the next generation of Jamaican animators and filmakers.

Each year, KnightCap brings together the best student work across illustration, character design, 3D modelling and animation, digital video effects, and capstone short films. The event offers a space for students to present their craft to peers, industry leaders, and the wider creative community.
